Eliana began her career in the arts as a fine arts glassblower and ceramicist. She opened her first business and gallery when she was 23 years old bringing fine artists from around the globe and thousands of monthly visitors to a small city, Lancaster, PA. As a result, she discovered her passion for building businesses and went on to pursue an MBA, Finance from the McCallum Graduate School at Bentley University.

Since that first business, Eliana has had a highly diversified career spending nearly a decade in commercial banking working in distressed assets, equities, middle market and non profit lending. Following her career in banking, she was part of a food manufacturing company acquisition growing it from 120 distributions points to over 650 in just three years. In addition, she has worked with small to mid sized businesses from inception to full maturity and has helped to restructure over 30 companies, even a government territory , finding themselves needing to pivot for stable growth strategies and position themselves for future success.

While she continues to make art in her free time, she loves living in Boston frequenting all of the food and culture it has to offer. If not in the city, she’s off finding a good hike in the mountains.
